It’s rare that a brochure really inspires me, but this week we received the new Sanderson literature for their Bloomsbury collections and I have to say that I am not only really excited by the collection, I am right back in love with the intriguing history of the Bloomsbury set and the uniquely beautiful Charleston Farmhouse.

This is photographed in Vanessa Bell’s bedroom and I love the black on black look with the antique carpet and just look at the beautiful cushions – this is the new Sanderson collection!

This is the window in Clive Bell’s study and I love the painted woodwork – I admit, it’s not for every home including my own but here, it is inspired and beautifully executed.

A lovely detail from the Studio at Charleston Farmhouse

The painted mantelpiece and surround in the Studio

The chair is covered in Sanderson Fitzroy fabric and the background of the Studio clearly shows where their inspiration came from!

The chair is covered in Sanderson Orlando Velvet and cushion fabric is Sanderson Still Life

This Sanderson wallpaper (Matisse Leaf ) is inspired by a Matisse painting but is executed in the distinctive Bloomsbury artistic style. Lovely!
